The magic of the N’sele Valley Park is not easy to describe in words. It is the first tourist destination in Kinshasa. It is located 50 km from downtown Kinshasa in the commune of Maluku in the City Province of Kinshasa. It covers an area of 20,000 ha, and a perimeter of 53 km.
It is limited to the North by the National N1, to the East by the Batéké plateau, to the South by the Kindu group, the Nsingi mountains and to the West by the villages Mangweme, Kindobo, Bambala.
The N’Sele River crosses the park from one side to the other and divides it into two segments, the East segment and the West segment. It gives it its name.
Opening hours: The Park is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Park is open on public holidays.
